Our client is from the building industry and constructs apartments. Since a lot of his clients (have to) decide already during the building phase upon an apartment, it’s important that they have trust in the building contractor and a positive impression of him.
Using an online survey, we collected an impression of our client and his competitors (benchmark). Some of the competitors were familiar to most of the respondents, but lost when it came to attractiveness, others were not that popular, but caught up in terms of trust and competence in the evaluation process.
Further analyses discovered drivers of trust, and a mix of sources of information preferred by the target group. In sum, we manifested a consistent impression of how precisely the image should be altered.
