Our client is an international insurance corporation. First of all, to win customers, hard facts like product quality and the amount of premium of an insurance company are important. However, also the satisfaction of insurance brokers with the service of an the insurance corporation is crucial to gain the recommendation of insurance brokers and thus generate customers.
Exciting with this project is the target group, which are insurance brokers, as well as the technique: Personal in-depth interviews were conducted across Austria to obtain information about which factors matter for insurance brokers and what makes for a good service in this collaboration.
Subsequently, we conducted a representative online survey with Austrian insurance brokers to reinforce the findings of the interviews. The results of this technique combination help the insurance company to meet the demands of insurance brokers as well as customers. In this way, everyone benefits. ;)
