Our client is engaged in the retail sector. It was of interest, if the visitors of the store planned their purchase beforehand or if they acted spontenously / impulsively.
In front of the store we stationed some competent and attractive interviewers, who recorded via tablets customer plans before the purchase and the actual purchasing behaviour after the purchase.
