Personal Interview Decision Pattern

Our client is engaged in the retail sector. It was of interest, if the visitors of the store planned their purchase beforehand or if they acted spontenously / impulsively.

In front of the store we stationed some competent and attractive interviewers, who recorded via tablets customer plans before the purchase and the actual purchasing behaviour after the purchase.

Asking directly in front of the shop provides results that aren’t affected by memory performance. And having the store right before our eyes conveyed a lot of noticeable atmosphere to us. The project was completed relatively fast and the results made a difference to the store manager …
