Motivational research qualitative
Our client is enganged in the energy industry. In order to better sum up the attitudes and behaviour of their clients, they developed a client typology.
Our task was to fill this client typology with life. With in-depth interviews we got to the bottom of attitudes and behaviour patterns and filtered out the underlying motives by way of laddering.
