Mystery & Workshop
Our client is a marketing union of exclusive hotels. At intervals of two years, a range of seminars are obtained and assessed by the testers. The results are reported back to the hotels and the individual results are presented as compared to the benchmark and in a time-based comparison.
The selection of our testers is what is so special about this project; Only persons who also request seminars for a living can be testers for us. It is interesting to see how the expectations of the testers have been changing over the years: Offers have to be increasingly straight to the point and have to present information in a manner which allows quick detection and understanding.
Subsequent to the mystery study we offered a workshop to the individual hotels and discussed as well as developed many exciting ideas for implementation. Theory and practice meet and celebrate shared insights …
